Ingredients

  • 3 large oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon za'atar
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. On a large platter, arrange the orange slices in a single layer.
  2. Evenly distribute the Kalamata olives and red onion slices over the oranges.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the salad.
  4. Sprinkle the za'atar and fresh mint leaves over the top.
