Ingredients

  • 8 slices keto-friendly bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Spread the butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of keto-friendly bread.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place four slices of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
  4. Layer with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced avocado, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese has started to melt, about 4 minutes.
  7. Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook the other side until golden brown, another 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before cutting in half and serving.
