Sheet-Pan Baked Ham Dinner
This baked ham dinner is perfect for any occasion, featuring a juicy ham and roasted vegetables all prepared on one sheet pan. It's hearty, flavorful, and cleanup is a breeze.
Ingredients
- 5 pound bone-in ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the ham on a large sheet pan lined with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to make a glaze.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham, covering it thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, carrots, and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the vegetables around the ham on the sheet pan.
- Bake the ham and vegetables for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, brush the remaining glaze over the ham.
- Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ham is heated through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the roasted vegetables.
