- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

- Place the steaks in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.

- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate covered loosely with foil.
- Top each steak with a dollop of the herbed garlic butter and let it melt over the warm meat.
- Serve the steaks hot with your choice of sides.
