Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and return the pork chops to the pan. Add the green beans around the chops.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let the chops rest for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
