- 150 g powdered sugar
- 100 g honey

- Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring some overhang for easy removal.
- In a food processor, pulse the toasted almonds until they are finely ground but not turning into a paste.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the powdered sugar and honey. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
