Juicy Keto Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, 80% lean
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices cheese of choice
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, but do not overwork the meat.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty. Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Serve each patty on a lettuce leaf with tomato slices and any additional toppings of choice.
