Hearty Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
Method
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
