Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 avocado, diced
Method
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, ground cumin, smoked paprika, flaky sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
