Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Brothy Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup mixed seasonal vegetables, such as carrots and celery, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
