Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 large romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons

Method

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat the lettuce evenly.
  6. Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken and croutons.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
