Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

Method

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  3. Flip the pork chops and reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and rosemary to the pan.
  4. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the pork chops from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Deglaze the pan with apple cider vinegar, scraping up any browned bits. Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt to taste and serve immediately.
