This easy cheesecake recipe is perfect for a cozy winter night or any time you're craving a classic dessert. With just a few ingredients, you can whip up a creamy, indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup of sugar and beat until fully incorporated. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed until just blended after each addition.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
