  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up in the oven.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
