Classic Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
