Classic Grilled Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and coat them with half of the olive oil mixture.
