Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and croutons.
