Chicken and Asian Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 Asian pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey to make the dressing. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken slices until fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
