Cardamom Rose Shrikhand Cups
Shrikhand is a traditional Indian dessert made from strained yogurt and is naturally sweetened and flavored with aromatic spices. This small-batch version captures the floral essence of rose and the warmth of cardamom, making it a perfect spring treat. Simple to prepare, it requires minimal ingredients and effort.

- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons dried rose petals, for garnish
Method
- Place the yogurt in a clean muslin cloth or a cheesecloth-lined sieve over a bowl. Allow it to drain in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to remove excess whey.

- Spoon the mixture into four serving cups or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and set.
